The plastic handle on the turnbuckle that is meant to tighten the fret that holds the lower, weighted portion of the rig up doesn't work. This stabilizer has completely changed the way I shoot video. an easy setup as it was basically assembled right out of the box. Figured it out, balanced it (thanks to their installation video on YouTube) and lifted off 20 minutes out of the box. easily supports my 5d mark iv from 24-70.
