Mold on the pillow and it's already stained?

When I opened the box there was a small stain on the fabric but I didn't really bother with it. I installed this in my car last week - it was very easy to install and worked great with my center console. It didn't stop me from opening the various compartments and was a comfortable height for my hand. A day later I noticed a slight odor in the car - I only cleaned it thoroughly a week ago and couldn't understand where it was coming from. A friend recommended I look under the cover on that armrest and it had spots of mold on it. Sent back and will not buy from this seller again.
