Support representatives provided sterotypical responses when contacted, such as "contact another department," "wait 10 days for a return to the card," "send it yourself," and others. Disappointed with the service, the conclusion is that buying at a discount and cashback is more likely to result in receiving only a subpar product. To buy something on the market, you need to be prepared for such problems. ThunderX3 has just let me down; there is no distinction between any Chinese brand.
