Out of service. It was almost impossible for this material to remain on her hair. After applying a ton (had to use my fingers as the pads were useless) there was some color/light pink undertones in the hair. After two hours the color was completely gone. We were disappointed with this product. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Her friend's hot sunglasses had worked much better.
