Review on American-Made Primal Freeze Dried Dog Food Nuggets: Lamb Formula for Grain-Free Raw Diet, Gluten-Free Topper/Mixer by Angela Smith

I met someone who was walking their dog in my area. When asked how old the dog was he said he was 16. I asked what he was feeding the dog he said it was primitive food. I'm not sure if he used that or raw meat, but using raw meat in the kitchen all the time isn't safe. It works just as well, our dog loves it (he used to be a picky eater but not anymore) and his coat is healthier and his activity level is higher. He weighs around 24 pounds and we felt the feeding instructions on the pack exaggerated the amount required. They say 5 packs twice a day but he gained weight when we tried. We found that 3 pieces twice a day should be right. YMMV, but I suggest you don't take the package information for granted. The dog loves all these flavors. I crumble them into his bowl and add some water. It's expensive but it's healthier for him and if it gives him years of life then it's worth it to me! However, I don't know why 2 packs are more than double the price of one pack.
