Review on RPMS by Matt Welch

I like that it is easy to navigate through in order to find what you want to see. Also, I really appreciate how quick the information can get to me when needed. Sometimes it will take a second to load up and I would think it takes longer then what it actually does but it's pretty fast overall. This software has helped a lot with our business since we are constantly selling different parts and equipment. We are able to easily look back at our previous sales to see if something was over looked or needs extra training/education. I like that they are reliable when it comes to their software/hardware support as well. Their customer service is top notch also! We have used them in previous positions so we were able trust our current vendors with this one too (aside from HP). The cost was higher than expected but not prohibitively expensive either considering how much time you save having proper inventory management tools at your disposal.
