Review on 🛴 Adjustable Children's Scooter with Light-Up Features by Allek by Hurst Batiste

Ordered two of these as Christmas gifts for our 7 year old twins. Rear hubcaps/brakes came off on both scooters within 2 months. After 4 months of use, the handlebar stem has lost part and the whole stem is wobbly, making the scooter unusable. Contacted Ally Direct when a hub cap broke on the first scooter. They responded quickly and said they would receive a replacement part from the supplier (in China). It has been 45 days and there have been no further messages and no parts have been sent to me. I also tried contacting the manufacturer directly - neither the phone number nor the email on their website works. Shame as my kids really enjoyed these scooters. What a waste of money.
