Poor phone connection
Not what I would call a great product. I immediately had trouble connecting to the Lightning port. You often have to toggle it to connect. Turns out the collar is loose around the cord in the connector, causing it not to fully engage. Probably used 10 times so it's definitely not a wear and tear issue. It's probably worth spending a little more. Not worth the gas to take on starts for a return.
