Despite the description at the time of writing, hands do not go up. They will rise as they can be raised and lowered, but they will not flip! So be warned, I was a bit disappointed when I discovered this =/ I'll attribute it to a translation issue, but still. The instructions were easy to understand and the chair was easy to assemble. And WOW, it's comfy too! "How convenient is this?" I feel comfortable enough to give 4 stars even if the feature mentioned in the description is not in the product. I usually deduct a lot more than one star for ads that are downright misleading. It's common to see lists that allow you to mislead yourself by pointing out things without actually saying them, but it's rare to see such blatant lies. Even rarer, that's why I don't go for 12 rage burners =) SO convenient! The price is average for this chair. Overall, I recommend this, but don't forget the hand.
