I bought this to have on hand in the kitchen when I need to pay bills or find things quickly. I knew it wasn't going to happen very quickly and figured I wouldn't mind. However, I figured out what I'm doing. Response time when switching windows, apps or websites is slow. It's super light, which I love, but the quality is really cheap. I'm very careful with it because I feel it can break easily. The most difficult part was changing the operating system from 10 to 10. I didn't know the S stands for "safety"? Basically, this means that you cannot download anything to your computer that is not in the Microsoft Store. It was very frustrating because I'm a Chrome Girl. I figured out how to update it and now it's a normal computer.
