Our new home had two of these cords on each side of the long island in our kitchen. If you've never had one of these puppies, you don't know what you're missing out on. But one of the two in our kitchen had a little mishap that could have been completely avoided. out of the oven onto one of the sockets and basically destroys the drawer. That's where the retractable, hidden built-in socket from JACKYLED comes to the rescue. We were fortunate that they are an almost universal size and all we had to do was remove the damaged one and just replace it with this one. The one we had wasn't from that manufacturer but was otherwise identical. Please note that this power strip has an on/off switch. Many others I've seen don't. This means they are on all the time. I prefer to turn it on when I want to plug something in and turn it off when fully submerged and not in use. be easy Simply unscrew the base, slide it through the hole at the bottom, screw the base back on, plug it in and enjoy. . I would happily pay more for one where you don't have to worry about the pull up handle melting. That being said, these additions are simply the best kitchen addition you can imagine.
