The package arrived as expected 2 days after I ordered it. The company sent an email explaining how to handle the pillow and what to expect given the airtight packaging, which was helpful and appreciated. This is a thin pillow and perfect for me (5ft 3in, 134lbs and for sleeping mostly on my side). It currently measures about 33 inches by 18 inches and can be as large as 6 1/2 inches. I suppose you could put it on another pillow if you want to lift it up a bit. The shoulder and neck pain I had had daily for years, as well as the associated headache and facial pain, immediately subsided. The head does not hurt for 8 days. If you're reading this, you probably really get the meaning. The pain is now a minor discomfort that I don't notice most of the day. I'm so happy with this pillow I can't say enough about it. I hope other people will benefit from it as I did.
