This is a really good pillow. It's very comfortable but supportive. I've always liked thin pillows or no pillow at all, but I'm not sure if the pillow actually fits my neck or not. This thin version seems to offer good support without being too thick. I sleep on my side, stomach and even on my back. I think I move a lot in bed. The standard size of this pillow is really quite normal. Before ordering, I was worried that the standard size might be very small, but it fits my pillowcases perfectly.

The package arrived as expected 2 days after I ordered it. The company sent an email explaining how to handle the pillow and what to expect given the airtight packaging, which was helpful and appreciated. This is a thin pillow and perfect for me (5ft 3in, 134lbs and for sleeping mostly on my side). It currently measures about 33 inches by 18 inches and can be as large as 6 1/2 inches. Pillows are very individual, just like people. Sometimes I sleep on my side, sometimes on my back, and most of the time both. My neck hurts easily when the pillow is too high or too hard, and when it's too soft I don't feel any support. This pillow is perfect for all my properties. It was very convenient to get it out of the dryer as they recommend (20 minutes to fully use it to prepare). It was very nice and comfortable for the first few nights and as I used it more and more it became less and less comfortable. I can try putting it back in the dryer and will update this review if that gets it back to normal, but if I still have to toss it in the dryer for 20 minutes every few weeks to keep it comfortable might I do it don't store it for too long. I finally decided to buy a good quality pillow instead of the cheap fiberfill from the local department store. I have arthritis in my neck. This is definitely enhanced by soft pillows. In order to sleep well, I need to compress the pillow to the right density and angle to support my head properly. This, of course, destroys most polyethylene pads.
