I bought 2 of these computers for children to use in virtual learning. One works fine, the other started having problems literally 1-2 weeks after starting classes. I tried to return/exchange the unit at the time and was contacted by HP support. HP support assured me that this was a one time issue and not for a refund but for troubleshooting. I was troubleshooting for about 2 hours and the problem seemed to be fixed. But now 3 weeks later (and now outside the "return period"), and the same problem occurs, plus it won't start at all. Now I can't go back and HP is asking me for $$ to send to them so they can fix the problem. Extremely disappointed.
