Relatively easy to assemble.
Got cons:
the kit comes with a wrench for tightening the bolts, only now it bends along the arm in the process. I recommend getting yours, if suddenly not.

Convenient, easy to install. It is pressed close to the wall, there is little space left, but enough to install an outlet.
Has cons:
The screws included do not fit the Samsung TV. Need to find/buy a little shorter. Or add extra washers.
