Better than brush and mop
Easy on your back in all situations where you normally have to bend or bend over with a brush. I also find it to be a quicker, easier, and much more effective solution than swiping. This washes the floor much cleaner than a floor mop. I use my old mop (still clean) to dry the floor after washing. I still use a wet wipe in between or for small, specific messes. My only complaint is that the rod could be stronger and longer at the pivot points.
