Review on ICC GCHA444025 FCR RED Handset Cord by Kelly Mitchell

Bought this phone for my mother in a nursing home. It's hard enough not being able to see her for five months because of Covid. But I bought this phone to at least talk to her. The call didn't work. I had to constantly call the nurses station to go to her room, turn on the bell and ask her to call me back. She thought she hadn't received a call the month she had this phone when in fact she did, but the call didn't work at all. It took me a while to find out because I couldn't go to her room to check everything and I couldn't ask the nurse to find out until it was too late to come back. Mom was very upset because she couldn't talk to her family. This phone took its toll on both of us! I had to buy her another phone.
