In general, an excellent product. The price is a little high, but I like the fact that it's not too sweet and satisfies the need for increased fiber intake while keeping blood sugar levels down and giving a feeling of satiety. My only complaint is that the label is slippery. So when you try to open the lid, the label rotates, making it a little tricky. Knowing what it is I removed the label and threw it away. I have bought the product twice now and will most likely continue to do so.
