These ultra slim recessed lights are best used when you are redesigning a room and want to install recessed lighting. Much easier to install, no need to buy a downlight hub/housing and avoid all the hassle of installing those special units in the attic. With these lights, we simply cut out holes the size of the template paper, tighten the clips and glue the lights into these newly cut holes. Additionally, these lights also let you choose your desired color temperature, which I think is a great idea. We use warmer light in the cold seasons and whiter light in the hot summer months. They add enormous value to your home.
