I paint tiny intricate patterns with liquid and heavy body paint and these tools are AMAZING - they hold their shape (unlike the smallest brushes) and hold very little paint. They take a little getting used to, but once you get the hang of them, you'll find yourself drawn to them more than your tiny brushes. They are similar to brush size 0 and below and come in five different shapes. I prefer the "hard" texture because the "soft" color shapes are basically a sponge and are made of hard foam, so they hold their point even if you drag them across the surface of the canvas. I highly recommend them!
