I chose this model because I was looking for a humidifier with a classic way of moisturizing - blowing sponges with water. The price makes it feel premium, but don't be fooled, it's a cheap Chinese knockoff. This does not mean that the device is bad, it really improves well-being and I continue to use it, but improvements are needed for quiet work. After a couple of weeks of operation, the device begins to rattle extremely unpleasantly. Sleeping in the same room with this device will not work. It has 2 sources - noise from the gearbox (see the adjacent review how to eliminate it) - in my case, the noise from the plastic box inside. Corrected by pulling off the box with electrical tape and sealed with insulating material. Also in the device for 15,000 are ordinary plastic legs, they transmit vibrations very well to the table or floor, this is treated by buying legs for furniture. (I took for 129) Well, the last refinement is the gluing of a super-bright diode. Now the device can be used 24/7. For 10 hours consumes about 4 liters of water.
