This product requires a lot of work. I should have listened to other feedback on how small the cup holder is (the part that is placed in the car's built-in cup holder). It will not fit a regular or standard sized mug/drink which means you cannot weigh the mug holder down. If you cannot weigh down the cup holder, objects with significant weight cannot be placed in the expandable part of the cup holder, otherwise they will fall out. I used the extra padding that came with the product to try and make it more snug, but that didn't help. Don't waste your time buying this, I would recommend a single big hole cup holder adapter and use this instead.
