Hand number one is cleared before a hand ends.

I am a licensed professional manicurist and was hoping they would work as well as they look but...they aren't. I like the one-time use per client, and clients like that they take a buffer home after the meeting. They do not work in a professional environment, since the buffer has many pages, so you have to constantly scroll through them to find the right number, which reduces the speed of service. If you are looking for a good home use buffer then I believe they will offer good value for your home use. Perfect for sitting on the couch and watching TV while polishing your nails.
