I love this thing! I bought another posture corrector from Revain that was cheaper before I bought this one and I shouldn't have to spend money on another one. It's important to have flexibility with a posture corrector so you don't just feel like you're in a straitjacket. This allows your body to adjust to better posture naturally, not forced. I use it most when spinning because I tend to flex and it gives my body a gentle posture guide. I'm considering wearing it for work at my standing desk, although I might get the original and not the Plus so it's a bit more flexible. If I wear it for a long time I might get a little sore under my armpits, so a lower tension option might be preferable for longer wear. Highly recommended!
