Review on 🦸 Unleash Heroic Adventures with the KidKraft Everyday Heroes Play Set by Allen Hart

As mentioned this wasn't easy to put together and didn't include an actual picture which would have made things a lot easier. There wasn't even a photo of the finished product on the box. No youtube or other assembly instructions could be found on the internet, only his picture on sites trying to sell it. I was missing the #G screw and #50 pieces. The fire truck wheels are very loose - I'll try to tighten them or add some sort of gasket. The figures are a bit too big and don't really lean into a sitting position, walk down a fire bar and don't really pose, and a dog she came with stands upright in a stretched eagle position and it's not easy to stand on . The bell is solid plastic and doesn't ring, so I bought another one from a hobby store. I was disappointed with the overall quality of this product. My grandson loves it except for the original bell, he can't make full use of the fire bar and he can't play characters. Update: I'm changing to 4 stars because the customer service was so great! After I emailed them about the missing parts, they immediately replied that the parts were on their way - and they were!
