The opening is smaller than the bag so the laptop can't get in

The bag is suitable for those who just want a plain empty bag with no special pockets. Compact/small size and not bulky material is good. However, for users who want to put a LAPTOP in the laptop slot, the DESIGN of the top zipper opening is TOO SMALL for the laptop to fit through the hole. Especially when there's something else in the bag, you can't get to the rear laptop slot because the UPPER VALVES INTERFERE. Useless as a laptop bag.
