I like that it's easy enough so anyone can use/use without any training or help from IT department etc. Also if they have problems then there are support people who will answer their questions quickly (even though sometimes its hard). Sometimes when payments go through we get notices saying "error" but this doesn't really mean anything as far as i know? So not sure what causes them - maybe something wrong at our end?? Not many things yet other than some minor issues which could be addressed easily by customer service staff but nothing majorly negative about Payment X itself. We were looking into different options of how teams would benefit more out having access to online money rather than going offsite every month where bank accounts / cards need to change hands.
