I saw this blanket and fell in love with its patterns and colors. The description online says the duvet has 2 layers, but some people have written reviews thinking it should be 4 layers. I received the blanket the other day and now I understand why some people thought it was 4 layers. The packaging says there are 4 layers. I suspect that the packaging is simply misprinted. The blanket is double layered, soft and light but not so light that you can see through it. This is exactly what I was looking for. I am very happy with my purchase and my son is delighted with his new blanket.
