I'm a total newbie but after reading the reviews I knew I needed this. I hated spending money at the salon only to still have thick facial hair. I have PCOS which causes me to have too much hair on my chin which is incredibly embarrassing. I was concerned that this wax that came with the heating pad wouldn't pick up the hair as even a pro had never noticed, but when I figured out which way to go after watching a YouTube video, it worked everything as it should. My face feels smooth, it was easy to use and the instructions were very clear. I would highly recommend anyone just starting out to start here!
