I like that it helps with requirements management by providing an easy way to collect, track and share them. The ability to easily copy/paste text into tickets makes this software very useful for our team. If there was an easier way to copy/paste attachments without having to save them and then upload them again. This would be helpful! It works well as long as you have the right people in your team who are familiar with it. Our team has some members that struggle with learning new things quickly so it can take time for them to get used to this software. We've had success using this software for tracking requirements. It's also helped us with communication internally and externally. The best thing about liteRM is its ability to manage different types of documents and data in one place. It also has the capability to send out reminders to users when their deadlines are approaching. I dislike how it takes time to load. Sometimes it will take several minutes before it loads and sometimes I have to close the program and reopen it. This is a great tool for managing all your documents. It makes it easy to keep track of everything you need to do.
