first of all. You must verify your model on the Bissel website! My model is actually 2211w, however there are similar models where all parts are the same size and fit. On the Bissel website they will show you the compatible parts along with the model number and picture. When ordering from this seller you must ensure that your part number matches the number listed. The seller clearly says "similar to part number (blah blah blah)". This way you ensure that you receive the correct part. Above you can see my original Bissel scooter and below the one I ordered. The model number of your Crosswave can be found on the sticker behind the water bottle on the back of the device. I ordered this package, reel fits and filter fits and everything works perfectly. I'm trying to explain this because I've read reviews where people said the parts didn't fit at all. I will definitely order from them again!
