Bought this for my daughter who wants to try out for the high school volleyball team this fall. She's never played volleyball and since she lives a few hours away with her mother I can't be there every day to help her train. It's a GREAT training tool to help her practice her serve and I've already noticed a dramatic improvement in her form and ability. Admittedly it was a little awkward getting used to the fit at first but the adjustable strap allowed her to get the right size and now she can practice very quickly. She's just starting out so she's not jumping yet, but I don't think the rope will be long enough for that. You just can't throw it high enough for it to work. Overall, this is definitely a great training tool for those looking to improve their serve ability.
