Review on 🔒 Pacsafe Prosafe Padlock Black Luggage by Kate Gagnon

I bought this lock and it worked perfectly. until I returned to the US from an overseas trip and the TSA opened the lock and then closed it again. The problem is that the combination I set no longer works, so I can't open my lock. To make matters worse, I used this in combination with an anti-theft backpack and a 120L PacSafe bag ([.] and the TSA didn't properly secure it, leaving the bag unsecured during the trip So now I have a spare lock I can't use it now also won't let me use a pocket protector Can PacSafe offer a solution or do I need to get bolt cutters?
