12/19/17: Contacted the company after I wrote the first 1 star review. I have now upgraded her to 5 stars due to her prompt response to my concerns. With prices so competitive these days, customer service really helps a product/company stand out! I received a brand new one within a week. As I said at the beginning, this is a really great massage pillow for everyday use. The sudden stop wasn't that uncomfortable because they acted so quickly! Worth a try, definitely. Quality, affordability and great service! 12/10/17 - I don't know what happened, it's been great since I unboxed it on October 28th. Pressure, durability were great and would auto shut off when needed. The cover was good too. I bought this to replace another brand but a similar one which has lasted three years with daily use. It was double the price, maybe I'll have to go back to the more expensive ones. Today almost 2 months have passed and suddenly it doesn't work anymore, the red heating lamp comes on but the engine doesn't run. Disabled everything and hoped like a laptop it would magically reboot but no. Literally disappointed.
