Good quality - my new review

"Crunches” on one side was spelled wronged on one of the dice. That’s the only reason for 4 stars. Everything else was perfect for what I needed them for.

Pros

Love the dice after my workouts. Also, my dice have bicycle ctunches instead of crunches.

Cons

May not be as effective as traditional fitness equipment for building muscle
