I hate leaving bad reviews because I don't want to take business away from anyone, but I have to be honest. For me it wasn't worth the money. Foil balloons didn't fly on helium, and certainly won't fly on air alone. Were some of the latex balloons dirty?! (who knows what it was). You can find cleaner latex balloons at your local retail store. The cake topper is glued to two long toothpicks and I could see the glue on both sides. It was almost never finished. The little cupcake toppers are cute, but then again you could probably find better ones at your local retail store or make your own and get better results. You have to thread the letters "Happy Birthday" yourself. So all in all, if you're looking for something quick that you can just pop in, it's super nice and already made for you, SKIP THIS! So do it yourself. So easy. The only thing I ended up using from the pack were balloons and I wish I had made that at all. The color scheme is beautiful. And i liked it. Also delivered on time.
