I'm a software engineer and I spend all day staring at a computer. These things do wonders for eye strain. I have had another pair of Gunnars and both pairs were of high build quality, durable and scratch resistant lenses, quality frames and hinges. I also appreciate that they make uncool recordings for normal people who aren't trying to become professional gamers. +1 for including a real lens cloth in addition to the bag. There are two ways to improve this: build a spring into the hinge that allows them to flex outward slightly, and add a hard case. But their absence will not deduct a star as I knew from the start that these are not included features. Good thing, highly recommended.
