I installed this on an 08 Victory Kingpin and it fitted perfectly. I tried connecting it to the connectors I disconnected from the original bulbs using the adapter that came with it and no matter how I connected it the fuse blew when I turned on the high beams. I just left the low beans plugged in and worked like that for a while. The low bobs really put out a lot of light and the spotlight looks amazing day and night! It really changed the look of the bike. I hooked up the tachometer to my bike and the wiring was in the headlight. I happened to see a completely different, previously unused 3-wire connector, the same as on this headlight, and decided to give it a try. Connection without using the supplied adapter. Everything should work without blowing any fuses! I don't know why my bike has extra connectors, but if you have a Victory you might not even need to use an adapter. I will say that you just need to clean it with a soft cloth. Paper towels tear the lens out.
