Let's start with how weird and pointless the instructions for putting this thing on are. Suddenly it wasn't very convenient. The included ball is extremely uncomfortable to roll with your foot, let alone squeeze. I have no idea how to sleep with it and I'm not even going to try. Walking on it is fine, but I wouldn't recommend walking too much. I wear it for hours and then take it off. I will say it really relieves my plantar fasciitis pain. If you can handle that and get through a lot of thongs and a terrible ball, this is for you.
