Velcro may need to be added

Velcro alone was not enough to keep the pillows in place overnight. The safety pins did their job. On the plus side, the pillows are thick/hard enough to keep your heels off the bed. I doubted her abilities when I first saw her. (may vary with heavy feet) The pads covering the feet that I had tried before didn't stay in place (safety pins didn't help) and didn't prevent heel chafing.
