READ MY ANGRY REVIEW! I was happy at first BUT this company is lame. This lamp was great so I bought another one. Well here is my problem. With the second lamp, when you take it out, you can feel the fibers immediately, the packaging looks like the glue has dried and has not stuck. I'm contacting customer service as I couldn't get them to stay. They told me it was not damaged, it was back in the lamp. Oh yeah? How are they not defective should they just fall off? 'Cause the first thing I got was love when I played, and none of them fell off. Customer service is crazy! They want customers' money and tell them to just take care of something that's broken. I paid for a working product, not something that is falling apart or anything. i need to fix it It's over the edge!
