With daily use, it will last about a month. I bought 4-5 pieces. If you're trying to discourage your neighbors from smoking, or if you live in an apartment where it's illegal, this will work. But to function optimally, they need to be replaced just like an air filter. Unfortunately, in that sense, they are disposable. As soon as the filter needs to be replaced, you will have to replace it with a new one. This is my only complaint. The smoke comes out. If you're the only one using it, it'll probably last longer. My wife and I usually use the same one, so it wears out a lot quicker.
