Bought for a wedding (mother of the bride). It's beautiful and fits perfectly. Bought an 8. I always wear a size 8 or medium with small cups barely a B and this dress fits perfectly. I have to shorten it. I'm only 5ft 2" tall, I have a 3" heel and it's still way too long. The only problem I have is the guns. The part that should stay on the bottom of my arms goes up to my shoulders every time I raise my arms even a little bit. I tried adding a few stitches but I think I'll have to use tape to secure them. Not the end of the world, but they needed to be a little looser to stay in place.
