I bought this for use as digital tire gauge. I checked the pressure readings against my trusty non-digital high quality tire pressure gauge and they were accurate. And of course the digital readout is easier to read than is a needle on a circular analog gauge. I now have to decide whether to keep it in my car as an emergency tool (for seat belt cutting, window breakout, and light) or inside the house for use on both our vehicles as tire pressure gauge. It indicates the low range of use is 30 degrees and living in snow country I will probably keep it in the house so it doesn't start out below its stated range. Have 2 AAA batteries on hand as it did not come with batteries. At the price, I am completely satisfied.
