Review on Effi App by Gopal Baltimore

I like that it is possible to quickly create feedback forms, which can be customized in many ways from there own form designer or even using an existing template. Also you have access via API to feed your data into other systems (like CRM). The support team of effiprojects always ready with answers if needed! There are some things missing but we were informed about this already by their technical department - so no problem here yet :) We use our system internally at work as well. It's great being able to easily collect user input without having them fill out long questionnaires/surveys etc., also not needing IT staff members doing surveys all day :), just ask users what they think instead ;).
