The product appears to be very durable and functional. However, when fully tightened onto the existing shower bracket and tightened to the point where it won't drip, the bracket isn't vertical, but is about 45 degrees to the right. Basically, the base only adjusts vertically, so if tightened at any angle, it will rise or fall from there. I can point the showerhead back into the shower, but that's definitely not the aesthetic I want. In the picture, the shower head is now a few inches away from my actual shower. As this is a replacement for a broken shower head I think I'll shower against the wall for now.
