I bought a single head bidet from another company and it was perfect when I first installed it; The leak-free installation was easy to follow. I saw this model with two nozzles for a dollar more and thought it would be just as easy so I bought 2 more to cover the rest of the toilets. Unfortunately, it took us several attempts and a whole day to prevent all leaks. that this thing was the cause. We had to replace the hoses and seals for both bidets with several long trips to the store to make sure everything fitted properly. All in all I wouldn't get anything else from this company based on my experience. I would say it was a bad item but I bought two and they both gave me the same issues. 1/5 stars only because I can't give 0.
