REVIEW UPDATED - 6/17/20: Although I was unable to use the device received, Sinocare was very considerate and quick to refund my money for the defective device I received. Your customer service is top notch! For that, I think they deserve a few more stars, so I've updated my review accordingly. A lot of people have had luck with their devices, so mine must have just been an anomaly. But rest assured that Sinocare's customer service is excellent! Original Review: It has a nice design and feel and is light and easy to use. But the accuracy is highly questionable. Compared to our extremely accurate Ex*rg*n time scanner, you can see a HUGE difference between the two temperatures in my photo (taken on the same person with just a few seconds difference). Too big a difference. If other people buy really good ones then I suspect I'll end up with a defective one and have to return it. Not worth $88.
