Reference I am 5'9" and weigh 135 lbs. in the leg and rolled when squatting and the middle leg was too loose in the leg and didn't give me a secure Squatting feeling The material is very soft, like a cotton blend Black is a different material than striped black, black and white with bold stripes and black and white cell Husband said that all 4 of these colors do not squat .Bold black and white stripes and a plaid medium suit me.They appear to be a mix of soft nylon.The striped black medium is mine,this is a slightly thicker fabric than the others and doesn't roll on me at all.Any of these colors works when you're not squatting They all look great, fit and feel great.
