The product listing shows the different configurations these scratching posts can make and the size seemed right for the cats in the video. (I have two adult cats, one slightly smaller and the other medium sized.) So I thought it might be worth a try. various forms in which they could be made. I had to get back online to see how to manipulate them to make them work best for my cats. The quality of the cardboard is thick and strong and should prove strong enough to withstand some nail damage. Connected, they hold together securely. They're a little less than ideal, but adequate. My cats showed no interest until I treated them with catnip. They got a little more attention back then but I wouldn't call them a big hit but they work well and are a new design. If one side wears out, you can always turn it over and reshape it for something new - as long as they scratch it instead of our furniture, I'm happy!
